• Account sharing is prohibited. Each user is allowed a single account, and any violation may lead to suspension or termination.

• Using Study Lounge content for personal study and academic purposes
• Downloading resources permitted by the platform

Prohibited Activities

• Cheating, academic fraud, or exam malpractice
• Uploading malicious files, malware, or content that could harm other users or the platform
• Harassment, threats, or abusive behavior toward other users

4. Intellectual Property

Study Lounge retains full ownership of platform design, logos, content, quizzes, summaries, e-books, and all other materials created by the platform. User-generated content remains owned by the user but is licensed to Study Lounge for platform-related purposes. Unauthorized reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use of Study Lounge content is strictly prohibited.

5. Subscription, Payments & Refund Policy

Study Lounge offers premium subscription plans to activate various platform features, such as: Access to databases, resources, quizzes, research tools, Study Lounge e-books, AI features, and content uploads.

• Subscription Plans: Monthly, 3-month, and 6-month.
• Subscriptions are valid only for the activated period.
• Platform maintenance does not affect subscription validity.
• Subscriptions are non-refundable, including duplicate purchases or accidental activations. Duplicate purchases will overwrite the existing subscription if it is for the same plan.
• Subscriptions do not apply to third-party materials (e.g., tertiary institution content, YouTube videos, or external e-books).

6. Termination of Access

Study Lounge may suspend or delete accounts in cases of: Violation of Terms & Conditions, Misuse or fraudulent activity, Illegal or abusive behavior

Upon termination, access to all platform features may be revoked. User-generated data may be deleted at Study Lounge’s discretion.

7. Limitation of Liability

Study Lounge is provided “as-is.” The platform is not liable for data loss, damages, or financial loss. Not responsible for downtime, interruptions, or third-party content.
